Quality Assurance
City Music Service teaching staff are supported and developed through a continuous appraisal programme.
All teachers are kept up to date with developments through in-service training, including Child Protection and First Aid training – as applicable.
City Music Service undertakes to:
- offer professional teaching staff with expert knowledge
- make every effort to supply cover for CMS teacher absence
- offer an instrument loan scheme to pupils
- offer instrument repairs which are carried out by a team of technicians and are free of charge to schools and pupils
- provide a quality assurance programme
- deal with all contractual matters
